  • Do sessions expire?
    Sessions expire after three times the duration they were intended to be used within. For example, a package of eight sessions intended for twice-weekly use (1 month) must be utilized within three months. Exceptions may be made for medical or work-related reasons, subject to prior discussion and approval.
  • Can sessions be refunded?
    Used or missed sessions are non-refundable. However, sessions may be transferred to a family member with prior approval.
  • What is your no-show, cancellation, or late policy?
    No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. Late Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full duration of the session may not be utilized. Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Failure to do so may result in the session being considered forfeited.     Studio sessions are in Point Loma San Diego 92110 Local sessions and beyond we extend our services up to 10 minutes beyond Point Loma, San Diego. A travel fee may apply for locations beyond this radius. Please contact us for more information on travel fees and to discuss arrangements that work best for you.

    Each coaching session is 55 minutes long, with workshops and realignment sessions lasting 90 minutes. In the Freedom Pathway, expect approximately 15 minutes of mindset work five days a week.
